A white male has been going around the Willenhall area taking money for the removal of rubbish and other waste. He has been known to take the money without taking the waste away. Believed to be travelling around in a truck, no description or registration number available. The male is described as being Scottish and looking like Catweasel (for those of an age to remember the childrens' TV series), mid 40's and about 5' 1" tall. He looked very untidy and was very pale.
