discuss the possibilities of a crime of any
type, than to have to report one which has
occurred as you forsaw, but did nothing
to prevent.

This is the number to ring if you wish to
report acrime which has occurred in the
past, ie. you have been burgled, or your car
vandalised. In this instance a Police Officer
on the Help Desk will pass you onto the
relevent person or section, to record your
report, and take the necessary action.
Obviously, as this is non emergency,
reaction and response is a little slower.
This does not mean it is forgotten.
